Biography

Susanna Jerger, born 1975, studied Fine Art in Nuremberg, followed by a postgraduate Course in Film at the HfG Karlsruhe. She has worked as a painter and fabricator in the Film Industry for for more than 20 years. Throughout her career she has pursued her fascination for capturing the melancholy of urban landscapes in her personal paintings. Many of the places she depicted have since disappeared due to gentrification and development.
